USER OF SITE
By purchasing from this Site, you agree to register and provide accurate information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and all other account identifiers safe and secure. The user is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under their password or account. Furthermore, you must notify the Site of any unauthorised use of your account. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. Juben reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item to any Customer for any reason. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to, phone numbers and address, before we accept the order. If the order placed is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible. We also have the right to refuse or cancel orders where mobile money transfers have not been received. To avoid fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with any product and to verify the personal information shared with us. This verification can take shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. The absence of a response following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 24 hours. We reserve the right to proceed with direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card. You will be notified of all process, changes and updates after your order is confirmed. Please note delivery schedules vary according to the location of the order and product availability. Once dispatched from our warehouses, you become responsible for pick up orders and from arrival of your order. Please inspect your order upon acceptance. If any damage occurs during transit, please contact us to file a report or exchange. An investigation will take place for products are accepted for exchange. For hygiene reasons, all sales are final once products are accepted. We do not offer exchanges or returns on used or open products, including but not limited to skincare, makeup, haircare, tools and accessories.

Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination.
