Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered on the next business day (unless stated otherwise) Please note orders are processed for delivery once full payment is received. Orders are delivered on our business days, Monday- Saturday (excluding Sundays and major holidays).

OUTSIDE GREATER ACCRA REGION

Place and pay for orders before 9AM for same day processing and dispatch via transport services. Depending on your regional location, your order will arrive at the collection point within 1 – 3 Business Days. Please note Outside Accra orders are dispatched by third-party transport or courier services. Depending on the weight of your order, you may be charged an additional fee on collection. Once your order is received by third party services, Juben Beauty is no longer liable for the delivery. All damaged or lost shipments must first be reported to the transport service provider. HOLIDAY HOURS

Orders can be placed but will not be processed or delivered on these major holidays:

• Christmas Day: 25th December
• Boxing Day: 26th December
• New Year’s Day: 1st January
• Days After New Year’s Day: 2nd – 5th January

ORDER COLLECTION

If you selected the “Pick Up” option at checkout, you can collect your paid order from our store in Tesano, Monday to Saturday from 10am – 5pm.
