Yes. We are committed to offering our customers 100% genuine and original products, directly from brand manufacturers, retailers and authorised distributors.

You can place your order here on our website. Simply add products to your cart and checkout when you’re good to go. Once your order is paid for, you will receive a confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit our store in Tesano, call our customer service line 0302244579 or send us a WhatsApp message (during business hours) to place an order.

Once your payment has been confirmed, an order confirmation will be send to your email. Please check your email or junk mail. If you have not received any confirmation, please contact us on or 0302244579

We accept Debit Cards and Mobile Money for online orders.

Greater Accra Region: Orders placed and paid before 10am can be delivered on the same business day (unless stated otherwise). Orders placed after 10am will be delivered on the next business day.

Outside Greater Accra Region: Orders placed and paid before 10am will be processed on the same day. Depending on your regional location, your order will arrive at the depot or collection point within 1-3 business days after processing. Delivery details will be provided after payment. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders can be placed but will not be processed or delivered on these major holidays: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s 1st – 5th January.

Yes you can. Select the free “pick up” option at checkout. Paid orders can be collected at our Tesano store within 2 working days.

The courier service will contact you before dispatch to confirm your location. If you are no longer at your location, your order will be returned to our stores and rescheduled for delivery at a later date.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the returns or refund opened, unsealed, damaged and/or used products. For defective or unopened products (with all original packaging and seals), please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

If you received the wrong product order, kindly contact us right away with your order details and images of the order. Unopened saleable products (with all original product packaging and seals) may be eligible for exchange at our discretion. To continue offering the best of beauty, Juben Beauty reserves the right to refuse incorrect returns if we have a reason to suspect misuse, product tampering, resell or fraud.

If you have not received your order or have any issues with the delivery process, please contact us on our customer service lines with your order details. If there is a delay with our courier service, we will contact you as soon as possible with updates.

Orders are processed immediately after payment is confirmed. As our sale system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or amend orders once confirmed. If you would like to change your order information, please contact us on 0302244579 immediately or use our contact page. If you would like to cancel your order completely, please contact us right away. Orders en route to their destination, however, will still be charged.
